FILM FESTIVAL 
“AN EXERCISE IN TEAM BUILDING”

Overview
Teams of ten will write, shoot, and in camera edit’; in short produce their own short/film, commercial, or training film. The film will be created over a specified time frame and will reflect all aspects of the film industry with the goal of team work as a priority. The completed film shorts will then compete for awards to be presented at an awards reception.

The short films
Length - no longer than 10 minutes
Should be in keeping with theme given.
The rest is up to the teams themselves-keeping in mind technical and time restraints.

The competition
The entire process should be viewed as a mini-Cannes Film festival, or Academy Awards.
In Addition to writing, and producing a finished product, the teams will also have to ‘lobby’ for the ‘academy’ (the rest of the teams, judges, executive producers, etc), to see their films, to build hype around it’s principal actors, directors of photography etc. and hopefully to vote their film to win awards.
