| Iceberg,
right ahead!
Experience
management and leadership in a high pressure situation! Your team will
take control of the Titanic moments after it impacts the iceberg. You’ll
be given a comprehensive briefing by your facilitator, an incredible likeness
of Captain Smith himself! Then, you’ll divide into problem solving teams
to deal with the impending disaster. Think fast. Think smart. Think outside
the box. Your decisions could mean the difference between life and death
for your passengers - and metaphorically for your business.
Program
Description
This
experience allows you to learn by doing. The goal is to save the 2207 passengers,
as well as the RMS Titanic herself. The program begins with a careful analysis
of the errors that caused the disaster in the first place. Participants
then use their problem solving skills to save the passengers and crew of
the Titanic on her maiden voyage. Each group is given the same list
of available resources, and challenged to devise a plan.
This
incredible experience allows teams to learn skills by living them. Participants
learn volumes about team priorities, conflict resolution, setting a common
objective, creative problem solving, and working together in a group environment.
