| How
do you like your eggs?
Most
industries change hourly. If your organization cannot compete effectively
- someone will eat your breakfast. Although, if you can communicate and
work as a team - you can enjoy the competition’s breakfast. The All Day
Breakfast allows your team to experience the impact of working together,
action planning and implementation.
Program
Description
Welcome
to Dee’s Diner. In this experience, teams work together creatively to build
a supportive structure. The supportive structure is a bridge that spans
six feet and can carry the weight of one large egg. The theme of the supportive
structure (the organization’s structure and processes) and the fragile
nature of the egg (customers and employees) comes to life when we split
each group in two. We split the teams in half so they must communicate
and plan together, implement separately and then integrate their separate
projects. This mirrors the relationship between the various departments
in your organization (each with their own goals but working to the same
end).
You’ll
learn:
The
power of clear communication and purpose in task accomplishment
The
importance of planning when working as teams
The
challenges of implementing separately without effective communication
The
impact of planning and teaming effectively on customers’ and employees’
experience
The
importance of internal structures and processes
Here’s
what participants are saying:
“Learning
and fun in the same session – you can’t beat it!”
